Stidum Nov. 19Dallas City, Ill. --- Funeral for Mrs. Sarah Allen Stidum, who died at home in Pilot Grove township at 5:25 p. m., Tuesday, was held Friday, 2 p. m., in Burnside Methodist church with Rev. Charles A. Hanson, pastor of Burnside and Dallas City Methodist churches, officiating. Burial was in Durham cemetery. As Sarah Shinn, she was born January 10, 1854, in Durham township and spent her entire life in Hancock county. Surviving are four children: Mrs. Stella Bassett, Dallas City; Jesse and William, of Burnside; Roy, of Des Moines.
