Column 3Mrs. Hertha M. Stevens
Mrs. Hertha Mae Stevens, 52, 2716 West Walnut, was pronounced dead upon arrival at 3:50 p.m. Friday at City Hospital.
Mrs. Stevens was taken to the hospital by AAA ambulance from the home of a daughter Mrs. Hilda Powell, 710 West Division.
She is survived by three other daughters, Mrs. Rosalee Howard, Chicago, Mrs. Mary Linder, Springfield, and Mrs. Swanie Bryant, East Moline, Ill.; a brother, J. E. Stevens, 1638 Belmont; and 13 grandchildren.
Arrangements are under direction of Ralph Thieme.
