Audrey Elaine St. Clair, 41, of Milan, formerly of Carthage, died Wednesday, April 3, 1991, in Muscatine County, Iowa.
Mrs. St. Clair was born Oct. 7, 1949, in Philadelphia, Pa. the daughter of Gerald and Virginia Wilson Carle. She married Donald St. Clair Aug. 15, 1976, in Rock Island.
She graduated from Scofield Elementary School in Carthage and moved to the Quad City area when she was 14 years old. She had worked in several liquor establishments in the Rock Island area.
Survivors include her husband of Kansas City, Kan.; her mother, Virginia Kesley of Milan; two daughters, Angela Ahlers and Jenny Goodwin, both of Kansas City; three sons, Donald St. Clair and George Ahlers, both of Rock Island, and James St. Clair of Milan; three brothers, Louis Logan of Milan, Gerald "Bill" Carle of Macomb and George Carle of Phoenix, Ariz; two sisters, Mrs. Michael (Wilma) Williamson and Mrs. Darrell (Brenda) Melton, both of Milan; and six grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and grandparents.
Services were conducted Monday in Lamporte Funeral Home in Carthage by the Rev. Stephen Adamson and the Rev. Jack Heraty. Burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery in rural Carthage.
A memorial has been established.
