Column 8Mrs. James Rash Passed Away Sunday
Mrs. James Rash passed away at the McLarney Hospital Sunday evening, July 13, 1947.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Christian Church in Bucklin, conducted by Rev. Lloyd Morgan. Interment will be in the Bucklin cemetery.
Nancy Malloy was born near Bucklin, October 1, 1900, the daughter of William and Cornetta Malloy. She was married to James Rash on April 19, 1919, and they were the parents of two children, a son, Joe William, who died in infancy, and a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Keister, of Brookfield.
She is survived by her husband and daughter, a granddaughter, Virginia Keister; one sister, Mrs. Millie Myers, of Bucklin, and three brothers, Henry, John and Otha Malloy, all of Bucklin.
Mrs. Rash had been a resident of Brookfield for several years, and lately the family has been residing on a farm three miles west of Brookfield.
Mrs. Rash lived an outstanding Christian life, and was noted for her many acts of kindness toward her neighbors and friends, and was especially helpful to them in any time of trouble.
