William Franklin Pritchard, aged 54 passed away February 25 at a Topeka, Kansas, hospital. He was born April 18, 1883, at Clarinda, Iowa, the son of William and Jane Pritchard.
He was married to Miss Birdie Gauld, October 4, 1904. To them were born five children. He leaves to mourn his passing his wife and three children, Mrs. Helen DesVaux, of Los Angeles, California; Gerald and Paul at home. Two daughters preceded him in death. He also leaves two grandchildren, Greta and Paul DesVaux, two sisters, Mrs. Maggie Clark, of Carthage; and Mrs. Mae Bailey, and one brother, Guy Pritchard of Hillsboro, Iowa, and a host of friends. He was a member of the Christian church of Adrian, Ill.
Funeral services were held from the Martin Funeral Home in Dallas City Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 o'clock p. m. conducted by Rev. Gilbert W. Zink, pastor of Dallas City Christian church. Interment was in Dallas City cemetery.
