Dies SuddenlyWalter Printy, age 74, died suddenly at his home northwest of Plymouth Monday morning, February 5. Surviving are a brother, Hershal, with whom he made his home, and a nephew, Clarence Bruner, of near Plymouth. A sister, Mrs. Selma Cox, preceded him in death about a month ago.
He was born June 8, 1871 in Hancock county. The body remained at the Nichols Funeral Home at Plymouth until Wednesday when it was removed to
the Davenport crematory.

FUNERAL SERVICES
HELD WEDNESDAYFuneral services for Walter Printy of the Oak Grove neighborhood were held at the Nichols Funeral Home in Plymouth Wednesday morning, February 6, conducted by Rev. John Nelson after which the remains were taken to the Fairmont crematory in Davenport for cremation. The ashes will later be interred in the Oak Grove cemetery.
Walter Printy, successful farmer and stock raiser and a lifelong resident of the Oak Grove community, was born June 8, 1871, the son of Moses and Margaret Camron Printy. He died suddenly at his home on Sunday morning, February 4, less than two months following the death of his sister, Mrs. Selma Cox, who had shared the Printy brothers home for many years.
He is survived by one brother, Herschel Printy and one nephew, Clarence Bruner.
