Funeral for Woodrow
Patterson Friday

Funeral services for Woodrow Patterson, 42, of Carthage were held Friday afternoon in The Elms funeral home.  Rev. Leland R. Beck conducted the services and burial was in McKay cemetery.

Mrs. Vernen Webster provided the music.  Pallbearers were Lee Cravens, Joe Burns, John Jacoby, Fred Wright, Harry Jobe and William Williams.

Patterson died Dec. 1 in Memorial hospital after a two-week illness.  He was born Nov. 3, 1912 in Carthage, the son of Albert and Margaret Butler Patterson.

Surviving are two brothers, Homer and Joe, both of Carthage, and two sisters, Mrs. Effie Coffman of Kellerville, Ohio¹, and Mrs. Gail Mosley of Carthage.
