Column 2Dale, little son of Mr. and Mrs. James Patterson, died Sunday morning, aged 14 months and 16 days. Funeral Tuesday in LaCrosse church by Rev. Carr, burial in La Harpe cemetery. All that loving hands and skilled physicians and nurses could do was done but to no avail. God needed another flower in his garden and plucked this tender bud to transplant in His garden above to bloom to guide and brighten the path of loved ones left behind. A large crowd attended the services to show their sympathy for the bereaved ones. Helen and Elsie Johnson, and Thelma and Eula Hamilton acted as pall bearers.
