Funeral services for Charles Earl Patterson, 69, of LaHarpe were held Friday in the Banks and Beals Funeral Home in LaHarpe with the Rev. Frank Rowlen officiating.
Burial was in LaHarpe Cemetery.
Mr. Patterson died at 10:45 p.m. May 30 in his home.
He was born Aug. 25, 1897 near LaCrosse, a son of Charles and Buda Patterson.
He was employed for 25 years by Hancock Service Co., Carthage. He married Mona McClery May 15, 1919 at Burlington, Iowa. He was preceded in death by two brothers and a granddaughter.
Surviving are the widow two sons, Neal and Dean Patterson of LaHarpe; two daughters, Mrs. Wilda Lyon of Hamilton and Mrs. Nina Weeks of Carthage; one sister, Mrs. Hazel Sherer of Peoria and four grandchildren.
