Berly Leslie Parton, 62, of Edina, Mo., died Tuesday (Mar. 28, 2000) at the Knox County Nursing Home in Edina, Mo.
The son of Clarence Leslie and Nellie Neoma Pruett, he was born April 18, 1937, in Knox County.
He is survived by one sister, Betty Lou Walker of Greentop, Mo.; and one brother, William L. Parton of Edina.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Beulah Stutsman.
He grew up in Knox County, and was employed by several area businesses as a truck driver.
Graveside services will be held at a later date at the Linville Cemetery in Edina. Arrangements are being handled by the Hudson-Rimer Funeral Home in Edina.
