Succumbs After
Long IllnessFuneral services for Mrs. Angelettia Odell, a resident of Hamilton for many years, who died Friday afternoon, were held at two o'clock Monday afternoon from the Hanerhoff Funeral home in Hamilton, with the Rev. Floyd Brewer officiating. Burial was made in Oakwood cemetery here.
Mrs. Odell died at a nursing home in Nauvoo, to which she had been taken about six weeks ago from Graham hospital in Keokuk where she had been a patient over an extended period of time. She had been ill for about a year.
A daughter of D. C. and Lucretia Munson, she was born on September 30, 1858, in St. Mary's township. She was married in 1875 to James Henry Odell who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Odell was a member of the Methodist church and had been a resident of Hamilton practically all of her married life.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Emma Berger of Flint, Mich., and Mrs. Lula Fox of Hamilton; three sons, Walter Munson of Quincy, Oscar Munson of Pekin, and Frederick V. Munson of Keokuk; 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Page 115Mrs. Angelettia Odell, 84, of Hamilton, died Friday at the Paul Gasaway home, where she had been a guest for seven months.
