Column 6John Nelson, a well known and highly respected citizen of this township, died at his home south of here Saturday Aug. 31st. Funeral services were held Monday Sept., 2nd, at Oak Grove church conducted by Rev. H. M. Bloomer pastor of the M. E. church at Ft. Green. The large audience gave testimony to the esteem and respect in which he was held by all.
