Column 6Mrs. Henry Mapes of Sonora township died at Graham hospital in Keokuk, May 25th, aged 78 years. She fell and broke her hip about a month ago and was removed to the hospital. She had been in poor health for some years. She is survived by her husband, and two sons, Frank and Thomas, and one daughter, Mary. The funeral took place from her late home on Saturday at 10 o'clock, Elder G. P. Lambert of the L. D. S. Church officiating. Interment was made in Moss Ridge cemetery in Carthage.
