A funeral for former Keokuk resident John William Malloy, 61, of Tucson, Ariz., who died at 2:36 a.m. Saturday Feb. 18 in Veterans Administration Hospital in Tucson is 2 p.m. Wednesday in Greaves Mortuary with the Rev. David Castrodale officiating.
Burial will be at Charleston Cemetery, Charleston.
Visitation is 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Greaves Mortuary.
He was born May 3, 1922 in Keokuk, son of Everett and Bessie Daines Malloy.
Survivors include his sons Michael of Keokuk, Robert, Ronald and Randy, all of Cedar Rapids, Gary of Vermillion, Ohio, and Dennis of Rock Springs, Wyo.; daughters Donna Malloy of Cedar Rapids and Mrs. William (Patricia) Wright of Marion; brothers Elmer of Knox City, Mo., and Tom of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters Delores Speakes of Montrose, Eudora Gable of Davenport, Dorothy Trone of Warsaw, Ill. and Norma Calticlt of Pacifica, Calif.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sons and two sisters.
