Webster Man Held
Tuesday in BushnellFuneral services for Harvey Long of Bushnell, formerly of Webster, were held Tuesday, April 17 at 2 p.m. in the Craycraft funeral home in Bushnell, the Rev. Ernest Louderman officiating. Burial was in Bushnell cemetery.
Mr. Long, who died Sunday, April 15, in his home, was born in Hancock county Oct. 19, 1885, the son of Levi and Sarah Callahan Long. On May 30, 1905, he married Della Wright in Carthage. He has resided in Bushnell for several years and prior to that he had lived in the Colchester area.
Surviving are his widow; four sons, Harold and Robert, both of Bushnell, Kenneth of Tennessee and Glen of Galesburg; five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Hanan of Bushnell, Mrs. Leota Quinn of Carthage, Mrs. Blanche Kent of Galesburg, Mrs. Dorothy Hughbanks of Prairie City, and Mrs. Helen Facio of Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Charles, of Manhattan; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Adams of Burnside; eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

70, Bushnell, DiesHarvey C. Long, 70, of 143 Dean St., Bushnell, died Sunday morning at his residence.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Craycraft Funeral Home in Bushnell. Burial will be in Bushnell cemetery. The Rev. Ernest Louderman will conduct the services.
Long was born Oct. 19, 1885, in Hancock County, a son of Levi and Sarah Callahan Long. On May 30, 1905, he married Della Wright in Carthage. He has resided in Bushnell for several year and prior to that he lived in the Colchester area.
He is survived by his widow; four sons, Harold Long and Robert Long, both of Bushnell, Kenneth Long, RR Tennessee, and Glenn Long, Galesburg; five daughters, Mrs. Ruth Hanan, Bushnell, Mrs. Leota Quinn, Carthage, Mrs. Blanche Kent, Galesburg, Mrs. Dorothy Hughbanks, Prairie City, and Mrs. Helen Facio, Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, Charles Long, Manhattan, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Ethel Adams, Burnside; eight grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
A daughter, Sarah Maxine, died previously.
Friends may call at the Craycraft Funeral Home. The family will meet friends at the funeral home at 7:30 p.m. tonight.
