WARSAW, Ill. -- Stanley Londrie, 86, of West Peoria, formerly of Hamilton and Warsaw, died at 11:05 p. m. Friday (May 10, 1996) in Americana Healthcare Center in Peoria.
Born April 14, 1910, in Burnside, he was a son of Alfred and Pearl Londrie. He married Mable Curtois. She died in 1971. He later married Mary Gaylord April 14, 1973, in Keokuk, Iowa. She survives.
Mr. Londrie had been employed by Caterpillar Inc. for 12 years, retiring in 1972. He was a member of Masonic Temple Lodge 15, AF&AM, where he was a 50-year retired Master Mason. He also was a member of Second Baptist Church in Peoria.
Survivors include a stepson, Harold Mason of West Peoria; a stepdaughter, Shirley Bieneman of Washington; two brothers, Ward of Quincy and Ercell of Hamilton; eight stepgrandchildren; and eight stepgreat-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Roger, and two brothers.
Services were conducted in the Davison-Fulton Western Chapel in Peoria by the Rev. Paul Maitland. Burial was in Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.
