Funeral services for Mrs. Alice Pearl Londrie, 89, Hamilton, were held Friday afternoon in the Lamporte Funeral Home in Hamilton with the Rev. Charles Harris officiating. Burial was in McKay Cemetery South of Burnside.
Mrs. Londrie died Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 21, 1977, in Montebello Nursing Home in Hamilton where she had been a resident about three years.
She was born Oct. 30, 1888, in Burnside, a daughter of William and Hettie Young Ewing. She married Alfred Londrie Dec. 2, 1908, in Carthage. He preceded her in death. Two brothers and three sisters also died previously. She was a member of the First Christian Church in Hamilton.
Surviving are five sons, Stanley of Peoria, Ercell of Hamilton, Lowell of Keokuk, Ia., Ward of Quincy and Gene of Rockford; a sister, Mrs. Nell Ferguson of Rariton; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
