Services for Dorothy Lemley, 58, of Carthage, who died Wednesday, Dec. 16, 1981, in Carthage Memorial Hospital, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday in Leathem Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Ferguson officiating.
Burial was in Moss Ridge Cemetery.
A memorial fund has been established for the Burnside Christian Church, where she was a member.
She was born July 6, 1923, in Henderson County, a daughter of Carl and Helen Clark Beck. She married Virgil Lemley at Alexandria, Mo., in 1941.
Survivors include her husband; her mother; sons Jerry of Bardolph, Gene of Monmouth, Bob of Carthage and Larry of Ferris; daughters Sandra Martin of Colchester, Pat Kemp of Wellington, Texas, and Sharon Leighty of Carthage; brothers Duane and Gerald of Colchester and Richard of Elgin.
She was preceded in death by her father, four sisters, and two brothers.
