Gertrude Lefler

Funeral services for Mrs. Gertrude Lefler, 65, Rt. 3, Carthage, were held Saturday afternoon in Sargents Funeral Home in Macomb with the Rev. Dale Eddington officiating.  Burial was in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Colchester.

Mrs. Lefler died Wednesday night, April 19, 1978, in LaHarpe Hospital.

She was born De. 22, 1912, in Hancock County, a daughter of Joseph Walter and Lena Sammons Shipman.  She married Gaylord Lee Lefler April 23, 1944, in Macomb.  She was a member of the Rock Creek Methodist Church, the Webster Community Church, Webster Church Bible Study
