At his residence seven miles southeast of Carthage, Sunday evening May 3d 1896, Isaac Langley, aged 54 years. Mr. Langley was born on the farm on which he died; he was a member of the Methodist church, a republican and a good citizen and neighbor. Deceased leaves the wife and seven children. Funeral from Elm Tree; burial at brick church.

Isaac Langley died at his home seven miles southeast of Carthage, May 3d, aged 54years. He was born on the farm where he died. Surviving him were his widow and seven children. Burial was at Elm Tree1.
