Joshua David Huston, 21, Warsaw, died Tuesday, Feb. 26, 2002, at University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City, Iowa, following an accident.
He was born on Aug. 8, 1980, in Carthage, the son of Christopher and Angela Leffler Huston.
He is survived by his parents, Christopher and Angela Huston of Warsaw; grandparents, David and Donna Leffler and Connie Huston of Warsaw; great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Thompson of Barry; two brothers, Gary Huston and Dillion Huston of Warsaw; aunts and uncles, Rosie Huston of Warsaw, Elaine Huston of Quincy, Mr. and Mrs. David (Brenda) Morton of Macomb, Don Huston of Warsaw, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Huston of Tioga, Mr. and Mrs. Bill (Lisa) Roederer of Ogden, Iowa, Mr. and Mrs. Gordon (Cindy) Bowen of Keokuk, Mr. and Mrs. Donn (Candy) Janes of Puerto Rico, Jessica Leffler of Warsaw, and Danny Baker of Sarasota, Fla.; many cousins; special friends, Megan Hurley, Seth Felgar, and Nick Jamerson, all of Warsaw; and many other close friends.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jim Huston.
He graduated from Warsaw High School in 1998. He was employed by Methode Electronics, Inc. in Carthage. His hobbies included hunting, working on cars, and four-wheeling. He especially enjoyed spending time with his friend and family.
Funeral services were held Saturday, March 2, at the Bethel Presbyterian Church in Hamilton with Brother Bill Hauser officiating. Burial was in the Oakland Cemetery in Warsaw.
Memorials have been established in memory of Joshua David Huston.
