CARTHAGE COUPLE
WED IN MINNESOTA

Nina E. Owen of Carthage, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Weeks of Burnside, and Howard C. Goodrich, son of Rex Goodrich of Carthage, were married at 7:30 Tuesday evening, August 5, at the Methodist parsonage at Winnebago, Minn.  Rev. Everett Gilman performed the ceremony.

Mrs. Goodrich wore a dressmaker suit of gunmetal wool with deep purple stripes.

On their return Monday evening a dinner honoring the couple was served at the home of the bride's sister, Mrs. Virgil Siegfried and Mr. Siegfried.

Mrs. Goodrich is employed by the Main Cleaners and will continue with her work there.  Mr. Goodrich operates a portable mill.  They will make their home in Carthage.
