Column 5Mrs. R. H. Goodrich
Funeral services for Mrs. Robert H. Goodrich of Silvis Heights, formerly of Carthage, were held Saturday, Feb. 16, in the Shroder Mortuary Chapel in Silvis. Burial was in Greenview Memorial Gardens near Silvis.
Mrs. Goodrich died Wednesday, Feb. 13, in her home. Death was due to a heart attack.
Clara A. Langdon was born May 28, 1894 in Industry, a daughter of Benjamin and Malinda Dewitt Langdon. She was married in Carthage March 10, 1912 to Robert H. Goodrich, who survives. They lived in Carthage until 1939 when they moved to the Silvis area, where they have since lived.
Surviving with the widower are three sons, Marchall of Silvis, Harold of East Moline, and Robert of Rockford; 16 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. Amy Hasten of Webster, Mrs. Stice Hagen of Peoria, Mrs. Lurine Vincent of Plymouth, and Mrs. Laura Peterson and Mrs. Mabel Edgecomb of Chicago.
