Mrs. Glasgow's
death occurs

Mrs. Fred (Mildred) Glasgow of 220 South Eleventh, died at 12:15 p. m. today in Graham hospital.

The body is at the Schmidt Memorial Home.  Funeral arrangements and the obituary will be published tomorrow.

Mrs. Glasgow
service set
for Thursday

Funeral service for Mrs. Fred (Mildred) Glasgow, 46, of 220 South Eleventh who died at 12:15 p. m. Tuesday in Graham hospital after an extended illness, will be held at 2:30 p. m. Thursday in the Schmidt Memorial Home.

The Rev. Ellsworth L. Woods will officiate and burial will be in Oakland cemetery.

The daughter of Charles W. and Jessie Henson Betts, she was born February 20, 1916 in Keokuk.  She was married to Fred (Ted) Glasgow February 29, 1932 in Keokuk.  He survives.  Mrs. Glasgow was a member of the First Christian church.

Surviving, besides her husband are two daughters, Mrs. Paul (Mildred) Rader of Keokuk and Mrs. Jack (Marjorie Jean) Hatfield of Tolono, Ill., two sons, Fred Glasgow, Jr. of Danville, Ill and Charles Glasgow of Keokuk, her mother, Mrs. Jessie Strohmaier, her father, Charles W. Betts, three sisters, Miss Jessie Betts, Mrs. William (Alice) Peel and Mrs. Kenneth (JoAnn) Hendricks, three brothers, Louis, Arthur and Oscar Betts, all of Keokuk, 15 grandchildren, aunts, uncles and other relatives.  She was preceded in death by twin brothers, Harley and Charlie Betts in infancy.
