Edward Glasgow

Services for Edward Glasgow, 73, of rural Keokuk, who died today at the Keokuk Area Hospital, will he held at 10 a.m. Monday at the Schmidt-Vigen Memorial Home with the Rev. Charles Moeller officiating.

Burial with military rites will be in the Keokuk National Cemetery.

Friends may call anytime Sunday, and the family will meet with friends 7-9 Sunday evening at the Schmidt-Vigen Memorial Home.

A memorial has been established.

He was born Sept. 16, 1910 at Keokuk, son of Fred Sr. and Stella Milligan Regnold Glasgow.  He married Edna Beaty May 28, 1933 at Keokuk.

He was employed by National Carbide until his retirement.  He was a member of the Christian Faith.

Survivors include his wife Edna; daughters Mrs. William (Ruth) Sapp of Ashland City, Tenn., Mrs. Lester (Shirley) Pigg of O'Fallon, Mo.; brothers Willis and Elza, both of Keokuk; sister Mrs. Roy (Marjorie) Fletcher of Keokuk; seven grandchildren.
