The body of the late Mrs. Frances Woodruff Flick arrived in Keokuk Sunday night from Hot Springs, Ark., where her death occurred Thursday, November 15, at the home of her son, Wm. F. Flick. Mrs. Flick's death was very sudden and was caused by a complication of diseases.

Frances Lillian Woodruff was born July 1, 1860, in Clark county Mo., and was married on October 10, 1875, to Henry Flick at the home of his brother, Sylvanus Flick at Prospect Grove, MoMr. and Mrs. Flick made their home in Missouri until about ten years ago, when they came to Keokuk and for a number of years lived with their daughter, Mrs. Frank Carlson.  A year ago last February they went to Hot Springs, Arkansas, and since that time have made their home with their son, Wm. F. FlickMrs. Flick was a life-long member of the Christian church.

Surviving Mrs. Flick are her husband, five children, William F. Flick of Hot Springs, Ark.; Mrs. Perry Harbur of Carthage, Ill.; Mrs. James Bryant, Mrs. Charles Collins and Mrs. Frank Car1son, all of this city, and twenty-four grandchildren.  Two children preceded their mother in death.  Three sisters, Mrs. Thomas Hadley of Marietta, Ohio; Mrs. Harvey Kittle of Kahoka, Mo., and Mrs. Charles Lunan of Seattle, Washington, also survive.

Mrs. Flick's body was removed from Cunningham's funeral parlors to the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Carlson, 1516 Park street, this afternoon.  Tuesday morning the body will be taken to Mt. Moriah, Mo., where the funeral will be held from the Mt. Moriah church at 2:30 p. m. Interment will be in the Mt. Moriah cemetery.

Funeral services were held at Mt. Moriah church, northeast of this city, Tuesday, Elder G. C. Schurman pastor of the Christian Church of this city, in charge.  Interment in Mt. Moriah cemetery.
