Ashley Lorain Eaves, the 20-day-old daughter of Steven and Lana Robinson Eaves of Fountain Green, died Monday, May 1, 1989, at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
She was born April 11, 1989, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She is survived by her parents; a sister, Amber Eaves; grandparents Guy and Donna Eaves of Fountain Green and Ralph Robinson of Macomb; and great-grandmother Mrs. Mabel Amos of Bushnell.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother Lorain Robinson.
Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at McConnell Cemetery near Fountain Green with the Rev. Jerry Coch officiating.
A memorial has been established for the neo-natal intensive care unit at St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.
