Column 3Harold Campbell
Funeral services for Harold L. Campbell, 78, Hamilton, were held Monday afternoon in the Lamporte Funeral Home in Hamilton with the Rev. Erven C. Lee officiating. Burial was in the Elvaston Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Elvaston Presbyterian Church.
Mr. Campbell died Friday afternoon, Dec. 3, 1976, in Keokuk Area East Hospital.
He was born Oct. 7, 1898, near Elvaston, a son of James Wilson and Phoebe Evelyn White Campbell.
He married Grace Marshall Nov. 12, 1919, in Elvaston. She died in 1970. A son, Gordon, and a brother, Russell, also died previously. He married Martha Sale Robertson March 22, 1975, in Elvaston. He was a member of the Elvaston Presbyterian Church.
