Jason Ray Burdette, the five-month-old son of David and Margaret Wollam Burdette, formerly of Kahoka died Thursday, May 18 at his home in Virginia Beach, Va.
He was born in Virginia Beach on Dec. 15, 1988.
Survivors include his parents, David and Margaret Burdette of Virginia Beach, Va.; three brothers, Corey David Burdette and J. R. Clemens, both of Virginia Beach and Shawn Lee Weber of Richmond, Mo., maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Wollam of Kahoka; and his paternal grandfather, Darrell Burdette of Keokuk.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Kahoka Cemetery with the Brother William Hauser officiating.
Burial will be in the Kahoka Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Creeds Fire Department in Virginia Beach, Va.
Visitation will be held after 4 p.m. today with the family greeting friends from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Shaffer and Sons Funeral Home in Kahoka.
