Two of the big old time one-cent pieces were shown by Frank Bryant of near Fabius Saturday.  Yes, they are pretty old, one a hundred years old and the other 102 years, being dated 1845 and 1847.  They are about as large as the inside rim of a half dollar, of which he had one of these of the year 1854, the year of his mother’s birth.

Is Building House, Shop ‘Under Hill.’

Frank Bryant is building a house and a rent shop building on South Main Street "under the hill" in the block south of The Sentinel office on the east side of the street.  The house will be 28x26 feet with a full basement.  The basement construction will be of concrete block and the upper part will be frame.  South of the house will be the shop building, to be of concrete block construction and 20x30 feet.  Work of digging the basement for the house and leveling the property, not only adjacent to the steep street, but to the east and south was done Friday and Saturday with a bulldozer, which moved hundreds of cubic yards of earth.  The property, believed until the bulldozing job not to have had a great value, has taken on the appearance of a valuable piece of real estate.
