Mrs. Fellows of Kahoka dies Thursday

Mrs. Mildred M. Fellows of Kahoka died at 11 p.m. Thursday in the University Medical Center at Columbia, Mo. where she was a patient a week.

The daughter of Harvey and Addie Noyes Fellows, she was born September 1, 1908 in Keokuk and had lived in Alexandria and Kahoka for 39 years.

In 1926 she married James L. Bryant and later married Murray S. Russell.  While in Keokuk she was a member of the Trinity Methodist church.

Surviving are five sons, James H. Bryant of Alexandria, Gaylord E. Bryant of Keokuk, Harold L. Bryant of Alexandria, and Richard S. and Michael L. Russell of Alexandria, a daughter, Mrs. W. R. (Bonita) Nourse of Colona, Ill., 11 grandchildren, four brothers, Robert, James and Clarence Fellows of Keokuk and Arthur of San Rafael, Calif., two sisters, Mrs. Paul (Marie) Shaffer of Keokuk and Mrs. Max (Clara) Payne of Torrence, Calif., and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, brother and granddaughter.

The funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Greaves Mortuary with the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz officiating.  Burial will be in Oakland cemetery.

Mrs. Mildred Fellows rites held Sunday

Funeral service for Mrs. Mildred M. Fellows was held Sunday at 2 p.m. in the Greaves Mortuary with the Rev. W. W. Steinmetz officiating.

The pallbearers were D. M. Goldie, Kenneth Sibbing, Donald Bryant, Robert and Jack Fellows and Darrell Bradley.  Burial was in Oakland cemetery.
