KAHOKA, Mo. -- Adena M. Boyles, 79, Kahoka, died at 10:55 p.m., Tuesday March 2 at St. Joseph hospital.
She was born in Carthage, Ill., on June 26, 1891, the daughter of Joseph and Mary Yetter Boston. She was married to John Boyles on October 16, 1912, in Carthage. He preceded her in death on Feb. 4, 1970. She was a member of the Carthage United Presbyterian church.
She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Orpha Montgomery, Carthage. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and one brother.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 6, at the Gutting-Wilson Funeral Home. The Rev. Virgil Caulk will officiate. Burial will be in the Kahoka cemetery.
