4-day-old infant son of Christopher Blair and Tracy Hayes died at 10:30 a.m., Monday, Feb. 20, 2006, in Memorial Hospital in Carthage. He was born at Memorial Hospital in Carthage on Feb. 17, 2006.
He is survived by his parents, Christopher Blair and Tracy Hayes of Denver; paternal grandparents, Lynden and Betty Blair of Carthage; paternal great-grandmother, Nadine Blair of Carthage; maternal great-grandparents, Bob Hayes of Hamilton, Ann Hayes of Hamilton, Carol and Kenny Thompson of Carthage; two aunts, Tiffany Blair of Carthage and Kelsey Hayes of Hamilton; two uncles, Nathan Hayes of Warsaw and Frank Blair of Carthage.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Barb and Billy Hayes; maternal great great-grandmother, Porter; and a special friend, Andy Vickers.
Funeral services are at 3 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 23, in Lamporte Funeral Home in Carthage. Pastor Tom Spain will officiate. Burial is in the Elvaston Cemetery. Visitation is at Lamporte Funeral Home in Carthage with the family from noon until the services.
