     Geesken Baarschers was from Almelo at her marriage.¹ She married (NH) Gerrit Roelofs Wechterholt on 18 Aug 1700 in Almelo (with certificate from Heijno).^1,2 Geesken Baarschers died before 1703, because her husband was a widower at 2nd marriage.²

After their deaths, the name as sole heir their 3 still living children, namely Jan Trovest, Aletta Trovest and Klaas Trovest. They wish that their house in which they are presently living, shall be given for a value of ƒ1000.- car. guilder, to their son Jan Trovest, and that the other 2 children shall get ƒ1000.- from the estate ahead of time.⁸
