Nov Term 1827

To the Justices of said court --
The Petition of Margaret Cocklereas
Humbly shewth that her busband Michael
Cocklereas died intestate & without will on the
(blank) day of May last past leaving your Petr.
his widow the following children, John, Michael,
Nicholas, Jacob, Daniel, Henry, Mary married
to Christain Isly [Isley], Elizabeth married to John Tickel [ Tickle],
Rebecca married to James MClain [McLain, McLean], Catharine
married to Lewis Morgan [Markert, Marquart] & Sally Cocklereas [Andrew / Andrews].
Your Petitioner shews that that her said Husband
deed seised & possessed of a tract of land in
said County on which he lived at the time of
his death adjoining the land of John Tickle,
John Trollenger & John Carmichael - containing
three hundred acres in which she is entitled to
her dower -- She therefore prays your worships
to offer your list to the Sheriff of said County
commanding him to summon a jury of good &
lawful men not connected with your Petition
____of her dower in said land - She/ ____
shews that at the last Term of this Court Adm.
upon the estate of her said husband was granted
to John Tickele - She therefore prays that copies
may ____ to the said Adm. heirs of said has
bond returnath to next court and as is duly
