Mentioned in the petition are Isaac's wife, Ann Morris, and children of Isaac Z. Morris, viz Charles I. Morris, about 53 yrs. old; Mary Cook, wife of John Cook, about 57 yrs. old; Elizabeth Earle, wife of Lawrence Earle, about 40 yrs. old; Harriet Hay, wife of George Hay, abt. 43 yrs. old; Cornelius Morris, abt. 38 yrs. old; Lydia Ann Emmons, wife of Ashbury Emmons, abt. 33 yrs. old; and John Morris, abt. 31 yrs. old.
