To son Henry, half of my homestead and pasture and all my housing and orchard, and the half of the hither clay pitt meadow not given to William's three sons. He is to pay his mother 28 shillings annually. To son Joseph a forth part of my share of the Iron Works. I have formerly given him the value of what I intended to bequeath to him in lands. To two daughters, Hannah Bigsbee and Sarah Phelps, besides what I have given them already, my household goods to be equally divided among them after their mother's decease.3
