From the American Revolution, in North Carolina for many years, the Sellers familis migrated into Alabama before 1830.
Some of the brothers are found in Pike County while Calvin moved into the capitol city of Montgomery, after marrying Lavinia Anderson in 1818. .
His daughter Lavinia Jane Sellers married her cousin Seaborne Montgomery Anderson about 1847.
All the while her Aunt Elizabeth Anderson married his Uncle Alfred Sellers
