Dec 6, 1793 Ichabod Church was selling his land in Grafton Co., NH.  A Sarah Palmer was witness

Hannah Palmer was born June 17, 1760 in Carlisle, Middlesex, MA.  In 1773 the family moved to Alexandria, Grafton Co., NH where her father was a blacksmith.  She would have been thirteen years old.  Mehitable, her younger sister by two years, married in Lebanon, Grafton Co on April 2, 1784 and afterwards retired to "Enfield."  Three years later on Oct 8, 1787, Hannah, now 27 married Ichabod Church in Lebanon, Grafton Co., NH.  In 1790 there is a Jonathan Palmer and William Palmer in Alexandria, Grafton, NH and another Jonathan Palmer living in Enfield, Grafton, NH.  On Dec 6, 1793 Ichabod Church sold land in Grafton Co with a Sarah Palmer signing as witness.  This may be the older sister of Hannah Palmer, Elizabeth Sarah Palmer was born Jan 21, 1758.

Ichabod and Hannah must have sold their land in Grafton County because they were moving to Chelsea, Orange County, Vermont.  Their daughter Abiah Church was born there on March 2, 1793. But by 1795 they were in Montpelier, Vt where their daughters, Hannah and Lucinda were born in 1795 and 1797.  There is a female listed in the Ichabod Church household, Montpelier, VT, for 1800 between the ages of 26-44. And she is still there in 1810 listed as over 45. Ichabod remarried in 1818, so we can assume Hannah had died by that time.
