CHILDREN From The Great Migration Begins "In his will, dated 10 December 1657 and proved March 16 1657 (/8) 'James Hurst of Plymouth' bequeathed to 'wife Garteud Hurst my dwelling house at Plymouth with all my land thereunto belonging and all outhousing' for her life, 'and at her decease all the abovesaid particulars I bequeath to my grandchild John Cobb'; 'my wife (to) have and enjoy all my goods and cattles'; to 'my grandchild Gershom Cobb --- all my right of land at Punckatessett'; to 'my grandchild John Cobb forty acres of my land at Coaksett or Cushenett and to my grandchildren James cobb, Gershom Cobb & Eliezer Cobb twnety acres apiece of my land at Coaksett or Cushenett'; to 'my three granchildren Mary Dunham, Hannah Cobb and Patience Cobb 20s. apiece'; 'my wife' sole executrix; 'my loving friends Mr. Cushman and Gyles Richard Senior' superviors.
