This Palmer family line has been traced back to England in the mid 1300s.  (08) William Palmer and (09) William Palmer emigrated to America in the late 1630s.  Early generations settled in Massachusetts and Connecticut.  Connection to the generations (I) thru (VIII) has proven to be faulty.
