Be it known that Helen Payne of 27 Scott Street - formerly of The Hollies St James Road - both in Derby in the County of Derby, who died on the 5th day of July 1933 at 77 Clarendon Road in the City of Leeds made and duly executed her last Will and Testament and did not therein name any Executor or residuary legatee or devisee that the said deceased died a spinster without parent
And be it further known that at the date hereinunder written Letters
of Administration of the Will of all the Estate by which law devolves to
and vests in the personal representative of the deceased were granted by
His Majesty's High Court of Justice, at the Principal Probate Registry
thereof to Charles Hallam Payne of Dale Cottage Ingleby in the said County
Retired Grocer and Fred Payne of 83 St. James' Road Derby aforesaid Off-Licence
Holder lawful brothers of the whole blood and two of the persons entitled
to share in the undisposed of estate of the said deceased.
