[WILL]
This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Payne of Newhall in the Parish of Stapenhill in the County of Derby Widow As to all my worldly Estate and Effects I give and dispose thereof in manner following (that is to say) I give and bequeath all my Household Goods and Furniture and all my Money and Securities for Money and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto my natural Child Thomas Payne otherwise Thomas Dicken for his own use and benefit And I appoint the said Thomas Payne otherwise Thomas Dicken sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament and revoke all former Will and Wills by me made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Payne the Testatrix have to this my last Will and Testament set my Hand this twenty eighth Day of March in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty one ---

In the Bishops --- Court of Lichfield In the Goods of Elizabeth Payne Deceased, Appeared Personally Thomas Payne otherwise Dicken of Newhall in the Parish of Stapenhill in the County of Derby Yeoman the sole --- Executor named in the last Will and Testament of the said Elizabeth Payne --- late of Newhall --- in the County of Derby Widow --- Deceased, and made Oath, that the Estate and Effects of the said Deceased, for, or in respect of which, a Probate of the said Will --- is to be granted, exclusive of what the said Deceased may have been possessed of, or entitled to, as a Trustee for any other person or persons, and not beneficially, but including the Leasehold Estate or Estates for Years, of the Deceased, if any, whether absolute or determinable on Lives, and without deducting any thing on the account of the Debts, due and owing from the said Deceased, are under the value of One hundred --- Pounds, to the best of this Deponent's knowledge, information and belief.

At Lichfield 5th July 1842 Let a probate of this Will be made to Thomas Payne otherwise Thomas Dicken the sole executor named therein.
Testator died In June 1842
He being first duly sworn and also that the personal Estate will not amount to the sum of 100£
