Lease issued in 1756 was to John and includes his three first sons John, Gilbert and Joseph. It is to last their natural lives and the rent on the property was 40 pounds per year. The old Boley land included 117 achres and gave them rights to fish and hunt.They were to make to payments in September and March of 20 pounds each.
