In 1921 Emily visited relatives in Indiana and Michigan.  Soon after marrying Carl they moved to Blenco, Ia., where they ran a drycleaning establishment.  July 11, 1937, they moved to Greely, Co. where Carl worked as an attendant in a hospital.
In Sept 1945, they moved to Denver, Co. and lived at
1953 Trenton St. #7.

Gertrude Boyd

She took care of her mother on the home farm until her mother passed away, Jan 2, 1955.  She lived there

      buried in Harrison cemetery near Whiting, Ia.
