m. Abigail Ende (b. ~ 1625; daughter of Ende of Cork, merchant) 1645 co. Cork

(possibly a second marriage as according to his deposition in 1645, Richard was at Liscarroll in 1641 with a pregnant wife; alternatively the following children may have been born earlier than family records from the 1800's indicate, this seem less likely though given the late dates of their marriages, see more detail in their family tree; Francis may have been born earlier, possibly to his first wife around 1640 as the Pender's Census of 1659 lists an adult named Francis Boles at Ballinalty with Richard)
