D998/26/169 : 1 Nov. 1795 Lease from Francis Brooke, Colebrooke, Co. Fermanagh, to William Bowles, Bonnerloghy, Co. Fermanagh, of 27a. 3r. 32p. of Bonnerloghy, Co. Fermanagh, for the lives of William Bowles Jun., James Bowles and Christopher Bowles, at a rent of £11 5s. 81/2p. together with 12 pence per pound Receivers fees, eleven days work of man and horse and eleven hens or tenpence in lieu of each days work and fourpence in lieu of each hen.   Corn, etc, to be ground at mill of Francis Brooke; payment for not doing so 13s. 4d.   Courts, Leet.   Courts, Baron.

Note: as leases were often taken out for the term of the lifetimes of the occupant's children, this lease implies that William Jr., James and Christopher Bowles were the sons of William Bowles of Bonnerloghy.
