He married Marie Taupier in Quebec, Quebec, PQ, Canada, 13 October 1661.⁽¹⁸¹⁷⁾ Marie was born 1637.⁽¹⁸¹⁸⁾ Marie was the daughter of Joseph Taupier and Jeanne Drapron. Her body was interred 16 November 1700 in Ste. Famille, Ile d'Orleans, Montmorency, PQ, Canada.⁽¹⁸¹⁹⁾

Jacques Deleugre and Marie Taupier had the following children:

3 i. Mathurine³ Deleugre. She married Jean Plante in Ste. Famille, Ile d'Orleans, Montmorency, PQ, Canada, 14 April 1687.⁽¹⁸²⁰⁾ Jean was born 1661.⁽¹⁸²¹⁾ Jean was the son of Jean Plante and Francoise Boucher. His body was interred 6 May 1711 in St. Jean, Ile d'Orleans, Montmorency, PQ, Canada.⁽¹⁸²²⁾ (See Jean Plante for the continuation of this line.)

4 ii. Jacques Deleugre. He married twice. He married Catherine Gendron in Chateau-Richer, Montmorency, PQ, Canada, 15 November 1688.⁽¹⁸²⁴⁾ He married Catherine Vaillancourt 1713.⁽¹⁸²⁵⁾
