He married twice. He married Julienne Barry 1625.⁽⁴⁵¹⁾ He married Perinne Malet 1632.⁽⁴⁵²⁾ Perinne was born 1606.⁽⁴⁵³⁾ Her body was interred 25 August 1687 in Quebec, Quebec, PQ, Canada.⁽⁴⁵⁴⁾

Marin Boucher and Perinne Malet had the following children:

3 ii. Francoise Boucher. She married Jean Plante in Quebec, Quebec, PQ, Canada, 1 September 1650.⁽⁴⁵⁵⁾ Jean was born 1621.⁽⁴⁵⁶⁾ Jean was the son of Nicolas Plante and Elizabeth Chauvin. His body was interred 29 March 1706 in Chateau-Richer, Montmorency, PQ, Canada.⁽⁴⁵⁷⁾ (See Jean Plante for the continuation of this line.)

4 iii. Madeleine Boucher. She married Louis Houde in Chateau-Richer, Montmorency, PQ, Canada, 12 January 1655.⁽⁴⁵⁹⁾

5 iv. Marie Boucher. She married Charles Godin in Quebec, Quebec, PQ, Canada, 6 November 1656.⁽⁴⁶¹⁾

6 v. Guillaume Boucher. He married Marguerite Thibaut in Chateau-Richer, Montmorency, PQ, Canada, 21 November 1672.⁽⁴⁶³⁾
