He married Marie-Louise Godbout in St. Laurent, Ile d'Orleans, Montmorency, PQ, Canada, 16 April 1708.⁽¹⁰⁸⁾ Marie-Louise was born in St. Laurent, Ile d'Orleans, Montmorency, PQ, Canada 1691. Marie-Louise was the daughter of Nicolas Godbout and Marguerite-Angelique Lemelin.
